Mainly because booking platforms only have a regular pet-friendly filter. But as we all know - that is not enough. Hotels have different levels of pet-friendliness - some provide a bowl and a pet bed with welcome snacks, but some have unbelievably strict rules on weight, size, vaccination, crazy muzzle and leash requirements, and the pet fee is crazy huge. Situation becomes worse if you are going with big dog or 2 dogs - most hotels allow only 1 pet below 10 kilo per room.
